End of UPDATE.

With the release date of Sony’s PlayStation 5 console drawing closer by the day, it’s unquestionably the time to start saving up for the PS5 games that are making its way along with it.

And I’d even go as far as to suggest that you do so because the pricing of next-generation games are indeed costly and certainly quite an adjustment to be sure.

As of now, we only have two PS5 games with confirmed pricings on the Singapore market, but it gives us a rough idea of what to expect with other upcoming games.

Demon’s Souls Remake.

Let’s dive right in with the first PS5 game on the list, which is the Demon’s Souls Remake. This game is probably the one that has me most excited for on the PS5, and I can’t wait to get my hands on it. Also depending on your preference, you can choose to purchase the game as a digital copy or a physical disc.

Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales.

Next up on the list is Insomniac’s web-swinging Spider-Man: Miles Morales. Unlike Demon’s Souls, this game will also be available on the PS4 and can be upgraded over to the PS5 when you get on your hands on it. And should you opt to purchase the ultimate edition of the game, you’ll undoubtedly gain access to Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered as well.

Steep increase in the pricing of PS5 games.

Based on the pricing numbers of these two games, I think it’s safe to assume that most PS5 games will be going for the price tag of SGD 97.90 for standard editions and will increase from there for anything additional such DLCs, etc.

That’s quite a massive jump, from the original pricing of sixty bucks for a PS4 game to a PS5 game that costs nearly a hundred. Gamers wallets are most definitely going to feel the impact of this new change.
