Get ready to take on the world as Agent 47 again in Hitman 3.

The conclusion to IO Interactive’s soft reboot of the Hitman Trilogy that began in 2016 will be arriving in just a few months. It will be IO Interactive’s first full game that’s developed and also published by them. With their newfound freedom, they intend to go all out, and given what we’ve seen so far, I’m so ready for it.

Hitman 3 will be arriving next year January 21 and will be available for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC as well. As a common practice of IO Interactive, the final game will also be available in two versions: Standard and Deluxe.

The Standard Edition will come with the base game along with the pre-order bonus of the Trinity Pack. There is no official information on contents of Trinity Pack however it does seem to offer three sets of suits, weapons and tools that follow a colour code of red, white and black. Hitman 3 Standard Edition will cost USD60 dollars.

As for the Deluxe Edition, it will come with the same base game and pre-order bonuses. On top of that, you’ll receive additional content such as Deluxe Escalation contracts which I assume will differ from the Standard Escalation contracts that game is well known for introducing. Hitman 3 Deluxe Edition will cost USD80 dollars.

Here’s a full list of the items that will be available in the Deluxe Edition:

  • Deluxe Escalation Contracts
  • Deluxe Suits and Items
  • Digital Soundtrack
  • Digital “World of HITMAN” Book
  • Director Commentary (Mission Introduction)

IO Interactive will be following CD Projekt RED’s example in terms of providing the next-gen upgrade. The upgrade will be free at no additional cost but only for users who will be purchasing the digital versions of the game. There is no information regarding physical versions being offered an upgrade at the moment.

January can’t come so enough and if you’re ready to make your pre-order as I am, then click here to visit the official site.
