As someone who has reviewed both Ubisoft’s Watch Dogs: Legion and Assassin’s Creed Valhalla games earlier this month, I can safely say that I enjoy Watch Dogs a lot more. And I’m saying this as a huge Assassin’s Creed fan!
Maybe it’s the storyline of events or the fact that you can be anyone, but something about the game makes me relate to the characters wanting to stand up against a system in a more personal way.

And strangely enough, it’s also one of those games where I find myself playing it after a long day to de-stress.
All in all, I had an amazing experience with it; while eagerly awaiting the online mode to be released. Now it seems I’ll have to wait a little while longer.
Watch Dogs: Legion, not you too!

Earlier today, Ubisoft posted up a statement on their site announcing the delay of the multiplayer mode within Watch Dogs: Legion. The worse part is that there’s no official release date except for a time frame, early 2021.
In hindsight, I suppose we should have seen it coming. Many players have been experiencing tons of technical difficulties such as saves disappearing and hanging up since the launch of the game. Strangely enough, I didn’t encounter any of that.

So in a sense, I get wanting to delay the online portion of the game to fix up the existing problems. And if you’re one of those people suffering from these annoying issues, then fear not as Ubisoft will be pushing out a new patch this week for all platforms. You can check out the patch notes here.
Now all that’s left to do is hope that Ubisoft can fix up these issues quickly, release the remainder of the game while not losing its player base like Square Enix’s Marvel’s Avengers.
