Remember a couple of weeks back we talked about how Hasbro Taiwan’s excellent Transformers: Siege stop animation video was hands down, better than the crap Transformers movies Micheal Bay produced?
Well, prepare to be blown away by the new episodes which are much, MUCH better than the already excellent first effort.
Here’s Episode 2, which has the Leader Class figures Ultra Magnus and Shockwave battling it out.
I LOVE how the armor parts come on, sort of like Iron Man’s armor did in Iron Man 3 and the Avengers. Plus, that huge ass cannon blast that Shockwave uses to decimate Magnus’ armor? Epic!
Then there’s Episode 3, which pits Prowl and Sideswipe against the ever lovable Starscream!
As a fan of the Decepticons, Starscream has ALWAYS been my favourite. Soundwave is a close second, but Starscream is (and always will be) my favourite Transformer of them all.
The video manages to capture all of Starscream’s badassery (yes, he’s so awesome he deserves a made up word) without even muttering a single word. Prowl and Sideswipe never had a damn chance; Starscream batted them around like a kitten playing with a ball of yarn.
I really hope Hasbro Taiwan keeps pumping these videos out, because I sure as hell want one starring the upcoming Commander class Jetfire and the Titan Class Omega Supreme!
