Spider-man has evolved since he first came on the scene in the 1960s. He’s been a student, he’s a photographer…he’s even been a billionaire and member of the Fantastic Four.

Yeah, Peter Parker’s been busy.

You might not have noticed it, but Spidey’s icon also changes (subtly and not so subtly) nearly every few years too!

Everybody pretty much knows about the Klyntar Symbiote suit (Venom) but what about the rest?

Well, Redditor rickyfranklin’s made a nearly complete list for you. We say nearly because we were able to spot one suit that seems to have eluded him.

It’s this one, worn by the Prowler, from a variant of the Iron Spider costume.

Technically, the list is still correct. The Prowler isn’t Spider-man, but since we’re talking about his icon, we figured this one was relevant too. Plus, it’s from the 616, so it’s not an alternate reality, timeline or whathaveyou variant.

We’ve always been partial to the Parker clones, which is why we love the Scarlet Spidey suit icon. Then again, the 90s animated series suit is cool too. Likewise for Octavius’ Superior Spider-man suit.
