It’s the last day of the horrendous year of 2020. The end is almost here, and I am honestly glad that it’s finally almost over. While the year may have gotten filled with much dread, we, at The Technovore, have decided to close it off by remembering the things that have impacted us.
Luke Skywalker.

Without further ado; let’s start with the biggest surprise that the Star Wars fandom received from The Mandalorian this year!
2020 was the year that everyone needed a hero to overcome its struggles, and that is what we got when Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni brought in Luke Skywalker to everyone once again. It is a day that will be long remembered by fans.
Ghost of Tsushima.

2020 has seen its fair share of distinguished and terrible games, but if there’s one that has stood above all else, it’s Ghost of Tsushima.
There were high expectations for Naughty Dog’s samurai game, and despite the pressure, the developers managed to surpass it all with a beautiful blend of gameplay, story and music. Apart from that, the developers even gave gamers a fully-fledged online experience for free! What’s not to love?
Chadwick Boseman.

The most unexpected passing of 2020 was of the late Chadwick Boseman.
He was a truly was a warrior just like his character, Black Panther, battling colon cancer for four years without sharing his grief and focused on delivery the best that he could. And for all of his efforts, he will now forever live in history as the King of Wakanda. May he rest in power.
To a better year.

While the year 2020 may have been a rocky journey, it has taught us that time is a gift and that nothing should be taken for granted. Hopefully, 2021 will be a better time for all of us.
Happy New Year!
