Linkin Park’s layered production, with its blend of rapped verses, melodic choruses, and dense instrumentation, is handled with clarity. The Monitor III ANC’s midrange is warm and detailed, allowing both Chester Bennington’s vocals and Mike Shinoda’s rapping to stand out distinctly. Guitars, piano, and electronic elements are all rendered with a sense of space, so every element in the mix is easily discernible. The treble is crisp and clear, giving cymbals and synths their necessary sparkle without becoming harsh or fatiguing-even at higher volumes. If you find the highs a bit too prominent, the five-band EQ in the Marshall app allows for easy adjustment.
