ASUS might just have topped themselves with this one.

They’ve just announced a new version of the ASUS VivoBook 14 (Z403) that’s capable of lasting up to 24 hours at a go AND made it so that it meets the MIL-STD-810G standard.

Hot damn! If you’re working outdoors and need a rugged laptop, you’re definitely going to want to keep this laptop a shot.

The VivoBook 14 (Z403) comes with a 4-cell 72Wh battery, comes in an all metal body and weighs in at just 1.35KG . It’s packing an impressively thin 4.1mm bezel (the black border around the screen), so that you get a ton of screen real estate from its widescreen Full HD display.

So much screen.

For its insides, the VivoBook 14 (Z403) is equipped with an 8th Gen Intel Core i7 processor, 8GB RAM and a 512GB PCIe SSD. That’s more than enough power and fast storage you’ll ever need for a machine designed for work. Connectivity options include dualband WiFi 5 (802.11ac), with a fingerprint sensor and backlit keyboard rounding out the package.

Here’s the full specification sheet, direct from ASUS.

If you’re interested (and you should be if you’re working out in the field regularly), the notebook’s retailing for SGD$1,598 and is available right now at all ASUS Brand Shops and authorized retailers.
